01 Introduction & Acceptance

777cb (referred to herein as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We provide betting services on cricket, football, and a range of other sports for users in Bangladesh and South Asia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to our website, mobile app, and all associated services. By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any service on 777cb, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

02 Account registration

An active account is required to place bets or use any services on 777cb. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Information required at registration:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred currency & payment method

Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Operating more than one account from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not allowed.

777cb may request additional documents at any time for account verification — such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use 777cb's services:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country where you are operating your account
• Accounts cannot be operated from regions on the restricted countries list
• You must manage the account yourself and not on behalf of a third party
• You must use the platform voluntarily and of sound mind

777cb uses an automated age verification system. In suspicious cases, documents may be requested for manual verification. If an underage user's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

04 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed at 777cb at all times. Every user is responsible for complying with these rules.

General betting rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash out feature)
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100; maximum limits vary by market
• 777cb reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Live bets placed after an event has started will be settled at the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed
• Bets will be voided if a match is abandoned or cancelled by the organizer
• Anyone with influence over the outcome of a team or player's performance may not place bets

Multiple Bets & Accumulators:

• Multiple events can be combined into a single accumulator bet
• Accumulator bets on correlated markets within the same event are not permitted
• If any leg of an accumulator is voided, it is settled at odds of 1.0

05 Payments & Withdrawals

777cb supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Please follow the rules below for deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500
• Deposits are generally free of charge
• Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are credited instantly
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000
• Daily withdrawals are capped at BDT 2,00,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours
• Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the original deposit
• 777cb reserves the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions until verification is complete

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777cb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which must be read before claiming.

General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50
• The expiry date for each bonus will be stated in the offer details
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified
• 777cb reserves the right to cancel bonuses if misuse is suspected

07 Responsible Gaming

777cb believes in responsible gaming and has put measures in place to protect the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience
• Setting betting limits helps prevent excessive betting
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to pause your account for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months
• A cooling-off period lets you take a break from betting for a set period of time

09 Account Closure & Suspension

777cb may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Engaging in harassment toward other users or staff

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned once verification is complete.

10 Limitation of liability

777cb strives to maintain the highest service standards. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disruptions or technical issues
• Delays caused by third-party service provider errors
• Account issues resulting from the user's own negligence
• Service disruptions caused by external circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions)
• We have no control over the outcomes of sporting events or decisions made by governing authorities

Betting involves financial risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. 777cb is not liable for any personal financial losses resulting from betting activity.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms

777cb reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• For significant changes, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or notification
• Minor changes take effect from the date they are published on the website
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure
